Study Guides

The modules below are designed to improve your understanding and use of the National Electric Code and to further your understanding of electricity. It is imperative that electricians understand the National Electric Code and are proficient in using the National Electric Code to ensure their installations are safe. Electricians also need to understand how electricity works, how current flows in a circuit, and how things affect the flow of electricity. Without this understanding, you will not be able to troubleshoot circuits, install them safely, and protect yourself and others from the hazards of electricity.
